How does the AIRE Experience Work?
The London Ancient Bath Experience consists of a tour at your own pace through different 7 baths and temperatures: Tepidarium (36ºc), Caldarium (40°c), Frigidarium (14ºC and 10ºC); the Vaporium – steam room- scented with Peppermint, Balneum -the Thousand jet baths- and the Flotarium where you can float away. There is also a relaxation area with heated marble where you may rest and enjoy complimentary tea or water.
We have a thermal tour of 7 Baths at different temperatures, 1 steam room and 9 treatment rooms.
Upon entering the bath area someone will provide you with a brief tour and afterwards you may roam freely. If your reservation is The Ancient Thermal Baths you may circulate throughout the baths, steam room and seating area at your leisure for the 90minutes of the duration of the session. If you are scheduled for any other experience that combines the Ancient Thermal Baths with a Massage or a Body Ritual your time of Thermal Bath Tour will be included whithin the total of duration of the experience you have choosen.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you are delayed in arriving, you will be able to access the bath area, however your total experience may be shortened. If you have a massage or ritual included, it can be shortened depending on availability. Once you arrive everything will be more clear and our staff will inform and guide you.
Massage preferences
If you would prefer to have a female or male massage therapist or someone in specific, please let us know in advance so we can also make a note on your booking. Please note that we are unable to guarantee any request on that matter however, we will always endeavour to fulfil requests where possible.
Let our therapist know if you would like more or less pressure during your massage but please note that the pressure ranges will be determined by your chosen experience.
Although all our Experiences can be booked for two, we can only guarantee that the massage will be performed in the same room when you choose a Couples designed Experience. Likewise let us know your requirement in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.
Are there massages for couples?
We offer a wide selection of experiences for two, perfect for sharing a unique moment. In addition, all our services can be booked as a couple experience, but we can only guarantee that the massage will be performed in the same room in the case of experiences created specifically for two. When will my massage take place?
If you have booked a massage it will most likely happen during the second hour of your session. Usually we have guests first enjoy the bath experience and then have their massages, but the staff who checks you in upon arrival to the bath area will be able to specify better depending on your massage length and the session schedule.
I am pregnant, can I come and enjoy an AIRE experience?
We would love to be able to pamper the soon-to-be mothers, but unfortunately, the AIRE Experiences are not recommended for those who are pregnant.
In addition, our therapists are not licensed to perform pre-natal massages and our facilities are unprepared to accommodate pregnant clients and their specific necessities. Our products are also not confirmed for use while pregnant.

Will there be other people in Baths with me?
Yes, the bath area is a large space with different baths and treament areas. We limit our experiences per session to ensure the privacy and tranquility of the experience. The number of people that will be allowed in one single session depends on booked services and not all guests will coincide in the baths at the same time. All sessions are co-ed.
Arrival Time
To enhance the Aire Ancient Bath Experience, we encourage you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Upon arrival into the Aire Ancient Bath, you will be requested to complete a health questionnaire. This information will not be processed in any automated database.
Please understand that late arrivals will result in the experience time being shortened accordingly.
What do I need to bring?
We kindly ask that you bring a bathing suit, however we have bathing suits to borrow if you do not have one. Everything else is provided onsite: towels, robes, slippers, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wipes) as well as hair dryers and straightening irons, all of which are available in the locker rooms. The only thing you might want to bring is facial skincare.
Is the experience co-ed?
Yes, both men and women enjoy the bath area together and receive treatments in the same area.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
The minimum age requirement to enter AIRE is 18. Anyone under 18 will not be allowed to access the facilities or enjoy any of our treatments.
Personal Items
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items while your visit at AIRE. Please keep all valuables locked in your locker during your visit and make sure it is properly locked before leaving the dressing room to begin your experience.
Loss or Damage
Lockers are provided during your time at Aire Ancient Baths. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal possession.
All lost property found on the premises should be handed in at the reception. Items will be stored for 3 months. Liquids, swimwear, undergarments and hairbrushes will be kept for 3 days and will be discarded unless collected by a customer.
Do you offer Group reservations or private sessions?
We offer the option of renting out the entire session for your private group or renting the space for numerous hours for special events. You may contact our booking team for details and options at london@beaire.com.

GIFT BOXES
I would like to purchase a gift box, what are my options?
We offer both physical and virtual AIRE gift boxes. Gift boxes are only redeemable for experiences and cannot be exchanged for monetary value. The gift boxes can be redeemed for services purchased and can only be upgraded to other services while also paying the difference. For special services purchased through a gift box please be mindful of the expiration date of that specific service.
Phyfsical Gift Box: To purchase a physical gift box you must either come onsite and purchase in person or we also offer Courier services via our web. The courier service is available for UK only, with a cost of 9£ and a deliver time of 24-48 hours from Monday to Saturday.
Virtual Gift Box: Our virtual gift boxes are sent to the recipient in the form of an email. You can book online through our website.
To redeem an AIRE gift box, you can either input the gift box number when making a reservation online, or provide us with the gift box number when making a reservation over the phone or via email.
I have a gift box for a long time that I have not been able to use, when will it expire?
AIRE gift boxes are valid for one year.
I have gift box, how long do I have to use it?
AIRE gift boxes are valid for one year and are only redeemable at the location of purchase.
Services do expire and gift boxes can be used towards a service of the same price or can be upgraded from while paying the difference.
COVID-19
Is it safe to go to AIRE?
AIRE has always had very strict cleaning and sanitation protocols, but now even more so. All areas and surfaces are constantly cleaned with approved products.
AIRE Ancient Baths applies all the sanitary and hygiene measures established by the authorities as well as many other extraordinary measures to intensify our cleaning and disinfecting protocols. The most important thing for us is the safety of both our clients and our staff.
In addition to that, In the main entrance while people are checking-in, they will find a QR code to scan and check into the NHS Test & Trace app.
Will the number of people in the space be controlled?
Of course. Specifically, we have reduced capacity and our staff will be ensuring social distancing is met throughout the facility.
