AIRE New York · Tribeca ®

WE ARE OPEN

Recently expanded, this oasis of relaxation stands amidst the hustle and bustle of downtown New York City, right in the heart of Tribeca, the neighborhood of picturesque cobblestone streets and cast-iron buildings.

Located in a restored 1883 textile factory with the original exposed brick, beams and columns creating a unique and enchanting space to indulge in relaxation, AIRE Tribeca now features an expanded thermal area that includes an exclusive Tepidarium beneath the skylight, new warm marble beds and 11 massage rooms.

More than a decade after becoming AIRE's first international destination, this location continues to evolve, now renewed with even more space to disconnect.

AIRE New York · Upper East Side ®

DISCOVER OUR NEWEST LOCATION

Among the high-rise architecture of New York City's Upper East Side, AIRE is housed in a building steeped with history and character, that is now over 120 years old. Once a bastion for treasures like art and silver, this building was until recently a main storage facility for the iconic Museum of Modern Art (MoMA).

Now these historic walls hold a new purpose, with over 9,600 square feet devoted to wellness and relaxation. As an AIRE Location, this elegant scenario embodies a rich tapestry of inspiration and tradition, keeping one special key element that makes it stand out even more, our emblematic saltwater bath, the Flotarium, is suspended from the ceiling.
