Booking Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

The client may modify or cancel their reservation 48 hours in advance. Thereafter, the client will lose 100% of the amount of their reservation by executing the aforementioned cancellation policy. Cancellations made within the above-mentioned limits shall be entitled to a full refund. Please contact our reservations team who will be able to assist you with the refund process.

When the appointment is done with an AIRE Gift Box: Following the same policy, this type of booking can be cancelled/rescheduled 48 hours before the date. Any cancellation not made within this period will result in the full loss of the value of the gift box. Bookings made with a gift box are not eligible for refunds. Please contact our bookings team on nytribeca@beaire.com who will be able to assist with the refund process.

Reservations in Advance

We recommend you book in advance to ensure your preferred time and experience is available.

Reservations Placed On Hold

The client will have a period of twelve (12) months to enjoy the service or experience for which the reservation was made, which period will begin to run from the first cancellation/modification of the reservation. If the reservation is not enjoyed within the 12 months indicated, the client will lose 100% of the amount of their reservation by executing the aforementioned cancellation policy.

Exclusion Conditions

The AIRE experience is based on tranquility and relaxation. Customers who do not comply with the rules of use, conditions of silence and other guidelines previously described, may be asked to leave the facilities. If you have any special requirements or needs, we recommend you to contact us prior to your visit or booking to discuss arrangements/requirements.

Age Requirement

The minimum age required for access to AIRE Ancient Baths is 18.

Healthy Conditions

Please inform us when making the reservation of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or special accessibility/mobility requirements that could affect your service.

Personal Articles

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items while your visit to AIRE. Please keep all valuables locked in your locker during your visit and make sure it is properly locked before leaving the locker room to begin your experience.

Returns/ Gift Box Refunds

The customer may exchange or return the purchased product within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. You must present the purchase ticket or document accrediting the same in addition to the aforementioned product. This must present the product with its original packaging and be in perfect condition. Returns or changes within a period after 14 days or in conditions other than the original ones may not be effective. For more information, consult the "Terms and Conditions" document.

You can request a refund of the Gift Box purchase up to a maximum of 14 days after the purchase date. After said date, said refund cannot be made. All this DOES NOT AFFECT the validity and expiration of the nine-years gift box from the date of purchase.

Gift Box Expiration Dates

AIRE Gift Boxes expire nine years from purchase date. They are transferable and may be redeemed online or by contacting our booking department.

By purchasing a Gift Box, the customer accepts that, after the first 25 months from the date of purchase, the service acquired at the time of purchase may have been withdrawn from the menu, in which case an equivalent one will be offered. In addition, if after these 25 months the service purchased at the time of purchase suffers an increase in price, the customer must pay the difference at the time of booking.
