Cancellation Policy

BOOKING CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

Please allow 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling to avoid any cancellation penalties. Cancellations received within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the total cost of the appointment. When booking online you will be charged the full amount of the service at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING WITH A GIFT CARD

Any booking done with a gift card can be cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to the time of the reservation. Cancellations received within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the total cost of the appointment. Bookings made with a gift box are not eligible for refunds.

REFUNDS

Any requested refunds within the cancellation policy will only be made up to 90 days after the payment date, after those 90 days no payments or online booking or gift card purchase will be refundable. Purchased gift boxes will only be eligible for returns up to two weeks after the purchase date.

GIFT BOX REDEMPTION

Our physical and virtual gift boxes expire after two years. They are transferable and may be redeemed online or by contacting our booking department.

RETURNS

The User may cancel the purchase of the various products and services offered by Aire within the time frame of 15 calendar days from the date of purchase according to the manner and conditions detailed below. For changes and returns will be necessary to present the purchase ticket
