Booking Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
The client may modify or cancel their reservation 48 hours in advance. After that time, the client will lose 100% of the amount of their reservation by executing the aforementioned cancellation policy. Cancellations made within the stated time frame are entitled to a full refund. Please contact our reservations team who will be able to assist you with the refund process.
When the appointment is done with an AIRE Gift Box: Following the same policy, this kind of bookings can be cancelled/rescheduled 48 hours prior to the time. Any cancellations not done within the 48h margin will result in the entire loss of the gift box value. Bookings made with a gift box are not eligible for refunds. Please contact our bookings team on firstname.lastname@example.org who will be able to assist with the refund process.
Reservations in Advance
We recommend you book in advance to ensure your preferred time and experience is available.
The AIRE experience is based on tranquility and relaxation. Customers who do not comply with the rules of use, conditions of silence and other guidelines previously described, may be asked to leave the facilities.
The minimum age required for access to AIRE Ancient Baths is 18.
Please inform us when making the reservation of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your service.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items while your visit is in the Air. Please keep all valuables locked in your locker during your visit and make sure it is properly locked before leaving the locker room to begin your experience.

Returns/ Gift Box Refunds
The customer may exchange or return the purchased product within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. You must present the purchase ticket or document accrediting the same in addition to the aforementioned product. This must present the product with its original packaging and be in perfect condition. Returns or changes within a period after 14 days or in conditions other than the original ones may not be effective. For more information, consult the "Terms and Conditions" document.
You can request a refund of the Gift Box purchase up to a maximum of 14 days after the purchase date. After said date, said refund cannot be made. All this DOES NOT AFFECT the validity and expiration of the five-years gift box from the date of purchase.
Gift Box Expiration Dates
AIRE Gift Boxes expire five years from purchase date. They are transferable and may be redeemed online or by contacting our booking department.
By purchasing a Gift Box, the customer accepts that, after the first 25 months from the date of purchase, the service acquired at the time of purchase may have been withdrawn from the menu, in which case an equivalent one will be offered. In addition, if after these 25 months the service purchased at the time of purchase suffers an increase in price, the customer must pay the difference at the time of booking.
