Booking Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
The client may modify or cancel their reservation up to 48 hours in advance.
After this period, the client will lose 100% of the amount of their reservation, enforcing the aforementioned cancellation policy. Cancellations made within the indicated timeframes will have a period of twelve (12) months to enjoy the service or experience for which the reservation was made.
Reservations in Advance
We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time and experience are available.
Reservations Placed On Hold
Reservations canceled within 48 hours will be put on hold, and the client will have a period of twelve (12) months to enjoy the service or experience for which the reservation was made. This period will begin to count from the first cancellation/modification of the reservation. If the reservation is not used within the indicated 12 months, the client will lose 100% of the amount of their reservation, enforcing the aforementioned cancellation policy.
Exclusion Conditions
The AIRE experience is based on tranquility and relaxation. Clients who do not comply with the rules of use, silence conditions, and other previously described guidelines may be asked to leave the premises. If you have any special requirements or needs, we recommend that you contact us before your visit or reservation to try to make any possible changes or adaptations.

Age Requirement
The minimum age required to access AIRE Ancient Baths is 18.
Health Conditions
Please inform us when making the reservation of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or special accessibility/mobility needs that may affect your service.
Personal Articles
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit to AIRE. Please keep all valuables locked in your locker during your visit and make sure it is properly closed before leaving the changing room to begin your experience.

Returns/ Gift Box Refunds
The client may withdraw from their reservation and/or exchange or return the purchased product within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase or reservation at no cost. You must present the purchase ticket or proof of purchase as well as the product itself. The product must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after the 14-day period from the date of purchase or in conditions different from the original ones. The return of a Gift Box purchase may be requested up to a maximum of 14 days after the purchase date. After this date, such a return cannot be made. All this DOES NOT AFFECT the validity and expiration of the gift box, which is one year from the date of purchase.
Gift Box Expiration Dates
Physical or virtual gift boxes will have a maximum expiration period of 1 year from the date of purchase, after which they will lose their validity. (If your Gift Box was acquired or is intended to be exchanged in the United States, please consult the Expiry section on the website of the AIRE Ancient Baths centre where it was purchased or for which it was purchased).
