Sanitary measures

Read about our current extra sanitary measures implemented relating to COVID-19.

At AIRE, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority and we continually strive to ensure the highest levels of cleaning and disinfection in our facilities with the aim that our spaces meet the highest quality standards. Based on this basis, we have proceeded to implement extra sanitary measures given the growing concern around Coronavirus.

The internal operation of the AIRE locations strictly complies with the regulations imposed by local and national authorities in everything related to the maintenance and cleaning of our facilities. Our technicians and maintenance personnel are responsible for monitoring all parameters that may affect the health and safety of our clients and employees. These days they are increasing the control and constant monitoring of our facilities to ensure our spaces are in perfect conditions and maintained at our usual constant temperature level of 78F. We have also proceeded to significantly reduce the number of clients who can access AIRE in each of our shifts.

We have implemented extreme sanitation practices at AIRE and adhere to the strict health department protocols and laws governing our facilities.  Our engineers and maintenance crew engage in continuous monitoring and maintenance to ensure a safe experience for our clients.  Specifically, AIRE undergoes intensive deep cleaning overnight so that they are perfectly sanitized before each of our daily opening. Every hour, internal maintenance teams perform tests that are analyzed to ensure a safe experience, third party lab specialists also perform additional testing.

We are being extra vigilant these days to ensure we are exceeding these implemented protocols. In addition, every day, all surfaces of AIRE are meticulously disinfected following the same protocols used in operating rooms and hospitals, but at this time we apply these even more frequently.

Our usual protocol includes the obligation for our employees to wash their hands. However, we have now implemented the standard to do so even more frequently. In addition, fresh linens are used for each new client on massage beds.

All our staff is currently obliged to go to a medical center in case of the appearance of the slightest cold symptom.

To clients we are requesting that you please notify us prior to your reservation if you have any possible symptoms. In these cases we are offering a more flexible policy than usual regarding cancellations and / or postponements of these reservations.

We are insisting to all our clients and employees on the importance of following in detail the general rules that health authorities dictate such as washing their hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the restroom, before and after eating and after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing.
