Exceptional drought water use regulation

AIRE Ancient Baths maintains its activity and quality of services as normal, complying with the approved regulations for not using water from the public water supply network in its swimming pools and has implemented water consumption optimisation plans in all its facilities.

We recommend you book in advance to ensure your preferred time and experience is available.

Age Requirement

The minimum age required for access to AIRE Ancient Baths is 18.

Exclusion Conditions

The AIRE experience is based on tranquility and relaxation. Customers who do not comply with the rules of use, conditions of silence and other guidelines previously described, may be asked to leave the facilities. If you have any special requirements or needs, we recommend you to contact us prior to your visit or booking to discuss arrangements/requirements.

Healthy Conditions

Please inform us when making the reservation of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or special accessibility/mobility requirements that could affect your service.

Personal Articles

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items while your visit is in the Air. Please keep all valuables locked in your locker during your visit and make sure it is properly locked before leaving the locker room to begin your experience.

1.- Legal framework

In compliance with current regulations, the entity AIRE ANCIENT BATHS, S.L., which operates online from the website WWW.BEAIRE.COM, describes below in detail the Terms and Conditions for the products and/or services it offers, from which the rights and obligations of the parties have their origin.

2.- Identification

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Conditions") is to regulate the relationship between AIRE ANCIENT BATHS, S.L. (hereinafter "Provider") and customers (hereinafter "User"), relating to all transactions carried out via online store.

2.2.- The User

User or client means the Internet user who acquires this condition by registering online, by mean of a form, and to whom user codes and passwords are assigned, being fully responsible for its use and custody and for the veracity of the personal data given to the provider, as it can be seen the User Registration section.

3.- Acceptance

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User declares:

  1. To be a person with the capacity to enter into contracts according to the current regulations.
  2. To have read and accepted these Conditions.

4.- Availability

At any time, the user, prior to the initiation of the procedure for contracting products, shall have access to these conditions, which may be stored and/or reproduced on a durable medium.

5.- Validity or Duration

The period of validity or duration of these Terms and Conditions shall be the time that they remain published on the website, and shall be applicable from the moment the User makes use of the website, and/or proceeds to contract any products.

6.- Modifications

The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Conditions, without this affecting the goods or promotions that were purchased prior to the modification by the User.

The User undertakes to read the contracting conditions carefully each time He/she proceeds to contract any product, given that they may have been subject to modification since the last time he/she accessed them.

7.- Nullity

If any clause included in these Conditions is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity shall affect only the provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, keeping the Conditions in everything else.

8.- Object of the contract

The object of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of sale born between the provider and the user at the time the latter accepts the purchase during the online contracting process through the mechanisms set out below.

The contractual relationship of sale entails the delivery, in exchange for a certain price and publicly displayed through the website, of one or more specific product.

Each product may be subject to a specific regulation through the particular contracting conditions of each of them, of which more detail will be given in the guarantee, returns, withdrawal section, or in the product's own technical data sheet, due to the different formats in which the products are marketed, to their packaging or their nature.

9.- Registry of users

The User may purchase products, experiences or gift boxes online, on the upper right button "Gift" and "Reserve".

10.- Geographic area

This website operates and sells in Spain and the United States. Hereinafter, this geographical area shall be "the Territory". Using this website, and purchasing on it, shall be considered to have been carried out in Spain, and therefore subject to current Spanish laws and regulations. The Provider shall not accept or deliver orders outside the Territory mentioned.

All of the above without prejudice to the fact that we may soon offer these services in other excluded areas; in this case, it will be announced in advance on the website.

11.- Product information

The Provider pays great attention to the information regarding the characteristics of the products through descriptions and photographs that illustrate the products. All this is done within the limits of the technique and respecting market standards.

12.- Taxes, currency and shipping costs

In accordance with current regulations, any online purchase shall be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).

The prices indicated for each product include Value Added Tax (VAT) and in any case will be expressed in Euros (€). These prices, unless expressly stated otherwise, do not include shipping costs or any other additional services and annexes to the purchased product.

13.- Language of the contract

The contract and pre-contractual information shall be made in Spanish, Catalan, and English;  these languages shall be used for contracting.

14.- Reservation phases

14.1-Pre - Arrivals and Pre- Booking Considerations

The following statements do not contain personal opinions as to our suitability for those people with special mobility and/or accessibility requirements, but aims to accurately describe the facilities and services that AIRE ANCIENT BATHS offers to all our visitors.

AIRE Ancient Baths is housed in ancient building, which combines different rooms and types of pools, spread over different floors, so it is not always easy to find your way around. We therefore encourage our clients to contact us to discuss their needs.

We advise guests with special accessibility/mobility requirements to visit with a friend or carer who can help them navigate the spa. Please share any information about any disability you might have with us before your arrival, so we can make the experience work for you.

AIRE Ancient Baths is wheelchair accessible with lifts, inclined walkways or ramps to most locations, but there are some limitations due to the historic structure of the building and the nature of the environment.

No guarantee can be given that electric wheelchairs can be stored during your visit due to limited space, and passageways / fire exits are required to be kept clear at all times. Mobility scooters are not permitted in the Spa but may be parked in front of the main reception, where they can be left at the owner's risk.

Electric wheelchairs are not allowed inside the bathing and massage circuit. There are wheelchairs available for guests to gain access to the facilities. These are for general use and not allocated to a given guest. Staff are not available to push guests around the Spa, so we advise bringing a carer to assist.

Mobility scooters are not allowed inside the premises. You will have to leave it parked outside the entrance, under the responsibility of the owner.

Many of the therapy beds can be lowered to assist access. However, there are no hoists or adult changing tables in the changing rooms or treatment rooms.

It must be noted that our staff are not ‘person manual handling’ trained. We would advise that you bring a carer. If this is not possible please contact us in advance so that we can discuss your requirements.

For reasons of hygiene and allergies, we cannot allow service dogs access to the changing, bathing and massage areas, and we do not have a space in our facilities for their care. We advise you to come accompanied by a friend or carer, and to let us know well in advance so that we can find the best way of looking after you within our possibilities.

If you have any special requirements or needs, we recommend that you contact us prior to your visit or booking to discuss arrangements/requirements. We will be happy to arrange a pre-visit familiarisation tour prior to your visit before our centre opens in the morning.

14.3.- Booking

Purchasing is easy and simple. Depending on the type of product, the booking consists of the following steps:

Book an experience:

  2. Promotional Code / Gift Box.
  3. What time would you like start?
  4. What experience would you like to take?
  5. Did we improve your experience?
  6. How many people will you be?
  7. Summary.
  8. Reservation data.
  9. Payment Process.
  10. Booking confirmation.

To make a reservation for one of our AIRE experiences, click on “Book your AIRE Experience” located on the right on the main page or click on “Reserve” from the main menu and choose “Book your AIRE experience”

  1. When would you like to come? Choose the date on which you would like to enjoy your AIRE experience. Click the date, then you will be directed to the next step.
  2. Promotional Code / Gift Box. In this phase you may validate a promotional code or gift box. You can change the date clicking on "BACK" or, if you do not have any promotional code or gift box, click "No, thanks" and go on with the reservation.
  3. What time would you like to start? In this phase, select the time you would like to enjoy your AIRE experience. Available hours from 10:00 in the morning to 22:00 in the evening. Click on the selected time to continue with the reservation.
  4. What experience would you like to know? In this phase, the list of AIRE Experiences available for the day and time you have previously chosen is displayed. You obtain the following information from each experience:
  • Price.
  • Name of the experience.
  • Number available.
  • Descriptive photography.
  • Link to obtain detailed information.
  • Link to reserve the experience.

Click on “+” to add the experience or experiences to your reservation. Once added, it will show a purchase summary on the right of the page and you must click on “Continue” to continue with the reservation.

  1. Improving your experience? In this phase, the list of additional services available to improve your AIRE experience is displayed. For each additional service you can view the following information:
  • Price.
  • Name of the additional service.
  • Descriptive photography.
  • Link to obtain detailed information.
  • Link to add the additional service to the experience.

If you want to improve your experience, click on “Add”. Once added, it will show a purchase summary on the right of the page. To continue with the reservation click on “Continue”.

  1. How many people? In this phase you have to indicate the number of men and/or women who are going to enjoy the AIRE experience. You have to indicate them in relation to the previously added AIR experiences. The maximum number per gender is 8 people. Click on “Continue” to proceed with the reservation.
  1. Summary. This phase shows the summary of the reservation so that later, if everything is correct, you can continue with the reservation. It gives you the possibility to cancel the reservation.
  2. Reservation data. In this phase you have to indicate your personal data to formalize the reservation. The requested and obligatory data are the following:
  • Name.
  • Surnames.
  • Telephone.
  • E-mail.

Additionally, you can tell us how you found out about us, the possibilities of which are: Through a friend, social networks, press advertising or others and subscribe, if you wish and give your express consent, to receive promotions and information about Aire.

To confirm the reservation and start the payment process you have to read and accept the conditions of use and privacy policy available on this Website.

  1. Payment Process. In this phase you will connect with the payment gateway of the banking entity with which Aire offers this payment method, CaixaBank, to make the payment of the reservation where it requests the following information:
  • Card number
  • Expiration
  • Security code

Once the data has been indicated and verified, click on the "PAY" button to make the payment.

  1. Reservation confirmation. Finally, and once the payment has been made correctly, you will receive a purchase confirmation email with the details of the purchase and the transaction reference.

Once the purchase is made, the website gives the option to request the invoice, in which case the tax information is requested, a pdf invoice is generated and sent by email, and you will be sent to our reservations and customer service center for any questions.

  1. Withdrawal within the 14 days following the purchase by means of reliable written communication to the registered office of the entity, or email to the address barcelona@beaire.com indicating "withdrawal of purchase/reservation" and indicating the number of your reservation or order that appears in the email sent by the reservations department.

To give one of our AIRE Experiences, click on "Give an AIRE Experience" located on the right on the main page or click on "Book" from the main menu, and choose "Give an AIRE Experience".

  1. How do you want us to send the gift box? Initially you have to choose how you want to send the gift box. You have two options available:
  •  Shipping by courier: We send your gift box by courier wherever and to whomever you want.
  • Send by email: We send by email, to the person you choose, the virtual gift box.
  1. Do you have any promotional code? In this phase, and once the shipping method has been chosen, you can indicate a promotional code to be validated. If you do not have any, click on "No, thanks" to continue with the contract.
  2. How many people will you be? In this phase you have to indicate the number of people who are going to enjoy the AIRE Gift Box. You have to indicate them in relation to the AIRE experiences that you are going to select. Click on “Continue” to proceed with the reservation.
  3. What experience would you like to know? In this phase, the list of available AIRE Experiences is displayed. From each experience you get the following information:
  • Price.
  • Name of the additional service.
  • Descriptive photography.
  • Link to obtain detailed information.

Click on “+” to add the experience or experiences to your reservation. Once added, it will show a purchase summary on the right of the page and you must click on “Continue” to continue with the reservation.

  1. Improving your experience? In this phase, the list of additional services available to improve your AIRE experience is displayed. For each additional service you can view the following information:
  • Price.
  • Name of the additional service.
  • Descriptive photography
  • Link for detailed information.
  • Link to add the additional service to the experience.

If you want to improve the experience, click on “Add”. Once added, it will show a purchase summary on the right of the page. To continue with the reservation click on “Continue”.

  1. Summary. This phase shows the summary of the reservation so that later, if everything is correct, you can continue with the reservation. It gives you the possibility to cancel the reservation.
  2. How do we send the gift box? In this phase you have to indicate how we send the gift box. There are two options to choose:
  • Pick up at the Aire establishment.
  • Before 72 hours.

Click “Continue” to continue with the process.

  1. Personal Data. In this phase you have to indicate some additional data necessary according to the shipping method.
  • By courier: Shipping method "Before 72 hours". You have to indicate the data, marked as mandatory, of the shipping address, Name, Surname, Address, Code. Postal, Town, Province. Click on "Continue" to continue and indicate the sender's information.
  • By E-mail: You are requested a shipping address; you have to indicate Name, Surname, E-mail, Dedication and indicate if you want to send it today or on a certain date. Click on "Continue" to continue and indicate the sender's information. Next, and in both cases, you have to indicate the sender's personal data marked as obligatory Name, Surname, E-mail.

Additionally, you may indicate how you met us by marking one of the possibilities. Through a friend, Social Networks, Press Advertising or others.

To confirm the reservation and start the payment process you have to read and accept the conditions of use and privacy policy.

  1. Payment Process. In this phase you will connect with the payment gateway of the bank through which Aire offers this payment method -CaixaBank- to make the payment of the reservation.

Here you are requested the following data:

  • Credit card number
  • Expiration
  • Security code

After indicating and verifying the data, click on the "PAY" button to make the payment.

  1. Reservation confirmation. Finally, and once the payment has been made correctly, you will receive a purchase confirmation email with the details of the purchase and the transaction reference.

Once the purchase is made, the website gives the option to request the invoice, in which case the tax information is requested, a pdf invoice is generated and sent by email, and you will be sent to our reservations and customer service center for any questions.

  1. Withdrawal within the 14 days following the purchase by means of reliable written communication to the registered office of the entity, or email to the address barcelona@beaire.com indicating "withdrawal of purchase/reservation" and indicating the number of your reservation or order that appears in the email sent by the reservations department.
  2. Expiration of Gift Boxes. Our Gift Boxes, both physical or virtual ones, expire after one year from the date of purchase, and can only be redeemed at the same center for which it was purchased. They are transferable and can be redeemed online or by contacting our reservations department..

Provisions to take into account in the purchase process.

15.- Product availability

The purchase of the products is subject to the availability of AIRE experiences enabled for online booking. There are no cases of overbooking. In case of any error, Aire shall contact the client prior to the reservation, who shall be given the option to change the reservation date or cancel it without any cost.

It is possible that on some specific dates (for example, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc,...), the Gift Box cannot be used due to the existence of special promotions where AIRE Ancient Baths only offers certain Experiences or rituals. These dates will be published on our website and RRSS well in advance. If you want to use your Gift Box during those dates, you can do so by paying the price difference between the value of your Box and the cost of the scheduled Experience or Ritual. We recommend you book your Experience in advance by visiting our website www.beaire.com or by calling our Call Center.

16.- Types of products

The website offers a wide variety of treatments, rituals and massages, divided into categories which may be easily searched.

17.- Maximum order amount

The maximum amount is limited by the number of services available by type.

18.- How to extend or cancel my order

The User may withdraw from the purchase of the different products and services offered by Aire within the time limit of 14 calendar days following the date of purchase, in the manner and conditions detailed below.

Reservations can be modified or canceled up to 48 hours before the reservation date. From which, the client will lose 100% of the amount of the reservation. It is charged in advance when making the reservation.

19.- Expenses and shipping methods and delivery time

There are no shipping or delivery costs since these are services that offered in the provider's centers

20.- Delivery time

Between the ordering of the gift box and the date of the first delivery attempt by the transport company at the address indicated in the order, taking into account the following 2 factors:

  • The shipment preparation period (24h) = validation and verification of your data and payment + preparation of your order + collection by the transport company.
  • The term of transport and delivery of your order are indicated in business days ranging between 2 and 3 days.

In the event that you do not receive a package within the indicated period, an investigation will be carried out together with the carrier that could last several days (the approximate period is fourteen (14) business days). During this period, no reshipment or refund of the order can be made.

When you receive your package, we advise you to verify that everything is in accordance with your order and that the packaging of the package is in perfect condition, then sign with reservations and indicate by hand on the carrier's delivery note if you found any anomaly upon receipt. When opening your package, if you find that the gift box delivered does not conform to your order, contact our Customer Service.

21.- Invoice

Where can I check my invoice? When a purchase is made, the website asks if you want an invoice, in which case, the fiscal data is requested and a pdf invoice is generated. This invoice is sent, for any query, to our reservation and customer service center.

22.- Value Added Tax

In accordance with current regulations, any purchase carried out through the website shall be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).

23.- Payment Methods

In general, the User may choose the form of payment:

A) By credit/debit card, for which it shall be provided, among other:

  1. Credit card number;
  2. CVV/CVC;
  3. card expiration date;

Once you have validated all the information about your purchase (items, shipping methods, delivery and billing address) an option shall appear to choose which payment method you would like to use and enter your data.

In the event that the payment platform reports the denial of the card, the order will be automatically cancelled, informing the customer of the cancellation online and at the time, as we have previously mentioned. Payments cannot be made with cards issued outside of Spanish territory.

Your card data shall not be stored in our database, since when they are filled in they will be on the secure website of the chosen bank. Your card data is protected at all times thanks to the secure servers of the banking entities that use SSL encryption in their communications.

24.- General Provisions on the Payment Process

  • The payment order given by the User necessarily implies acceptance to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the particular conditions of the order..
  • For any form of payment chosen by the User, all payments shall be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the User by the intervening financial entities or by the secure payment platforms (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, Iupay etc.).
  • Once the payment has been made correctly, the User shall receive two informative and confirmation emails that prove the essential conditions of the operation.:
    • Contracted services, and description of the provision thereof.
    • Products sent to the address indicated by the User:

Aire reserves the right to cancel payments or orders in the event of indications of fraudulent operations, informing the competent authorities of conduct that is susceptible to investigation for the prevention of fraud..

25.- Returns of defective, damaged or incorrect products or exercising the right of Withdrawal

The purchase and/or contracting of any product or service offered by Aire on this Website will have a return period for withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. To make it effective, you must reliably communicate, within the maximum period indicated, the desire to withdraw from the contract and present or send the proof of purchase, together with the voucher purchased or the complete gift box, if applicable. From 15 calendar days after the date of purchase, the return will not be valid.

We remind you that, when making use of your right of withdrawal, the money paid for the purchased product(s) shall be reimbursed including the amount of the purchase and, if any, the delivery costs in the least expensive mode of the ordinary delivery. Likewise, in case you opt for the option of collecting the product at your home, the customer shall run with the costs of the collection.

Articles may not be returned, exercising the right of withdrawal, that do not have their original packaging intact and unsealed, as well as any type of personalized product for the client. In this sense, the return of all those products that present some type of manipulation of the protective film of the box or packaging will not be accepted, otherwise the value of the item will suffer a depreciation of the same..

This provision does not affect the rights recognized to the consumer by current legislation. In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to the provisions of the Contract, that it is a product damaged during shipment, or that it is incorrect, you must contact us immediately by through our contact form, providing the data of the product as well as the damage it suffers, or by calling 932955743 during our customer service hours previously outlined or the Customer Service section.

Once the return request has been examined, and the appropriate checks have been made, after confirmation via e-mail, we will proceed to collect the product, at the place of delivery.

We shall proceed to carefully examine the returned product and shall notify you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time if the return or replacement of the product is appropriate (if applicable). The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 15 calendar days following the date on which we send you an email confirming that the return or replacement of the non-compliant item is appropriate. The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to any proven defect or defect, will be fully reimbursed, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item. The refund will be made in the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase.

28.- Rights of the Provider

  • Preserve, modify or suspend the website without prior notice.
  • Modify the price of offers.
  • Reject orders due to lack of stock or customer non-payment.
  • Refuse access to computer tools to customers in case of non-compliance with these conditions.
  • Receive the amount of the customer's purchases, once the transaction is accepted.
  • Reserve ownership and retain full ownership of the item until full payment by the customer.
  • Do not reproduce, alienate or dispose of the information published by The Provider in all its contents without the express permission of the company itself.
  • Proceed to correct or amend human or computer errors.

29.- Limitation of liability

All the information provided by the User to the Provider and through the corresponding forms must be truthful. It is the responsibility of the User to keep the data supplied to the Provider duly updated. In any case, the Provider disclaims any liability for damages or losses caused as a result of having provided false, insufficient, inaccurate or incorrect information.

Access to the Website does not imply any obligation on the part of the Provider to verify the authenticity, suitability, completeness, accuracy, adequacy and updating of the information provided by the User through the corresponding forms.

In relation to customer activity on our website, the Provider shall not in any case be liable to the parents, guardians or legal representatives of under age or legally incompetent persons with respect to authorising access, providing personal information, website use or the contracting of any products or services offered through the applications or the Website platform. It will be the responsibility of the aforementioned parents, guardians or legal representatives to supervise the access and usage by the minor or disabled person when contracting the products and services offered via www.beaire.com.

The access of the Users to the Contents does not imply any obligation on the part of the Provider to control the absence of viruses or computer elements that may have any harmful effect on the User's computer equipment. In any case, it will be up to the User to have the necessary tools to detect such viruses or harmful computer elements. Consequently, the provider shall not be responsible for possible damage caused to the computer equipment of the Users or third parties during access to the Contents.

The Provider shall not be liable for interruptions that occur in electrical or telecommunications services that prevent users from using the services offered..

30.- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions shall be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in what is not expressly established. The provider and the user agree to submit any controversy that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile.

In the event that the user is domiciled outside of Spain, the provider and the user expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of THE OWNER OF THE WEB.
