This is the goal of this pleasurable ritual designed to holistically pamper and hydrate your skin. First, a full-body exfoliation on warm marble, followed by a corporal massage while your hair is nourished by a honey hydrating mask.

The Holistic Ritual includes a thermal tour through baths at different temperatures including the Caldarium (Hot Bath 40ºC), the Frigidarium (Cold Bath 16ºC and Ice Bath 10ºC), the Tepidarium (Warm Bath 36ºC), the Balneum (Bath of a Thousand Jets), the Vaporium (A steam Room with aromatherapy) and the Flotarium (Salt Water Bath).
Also, a 15 minute full-body exfoliation with a sugar and lime scrub is included in the total duration of the ritual, performed on a bed of warm marble, in addition to a 30, 45 or 60 minute hydrating massage with green tea massage oil, in which we work the legs, abdomen, arms, back and cranium. Meanwhile, we apply a honey hydrating mask.

This is a medium intensity massage in which the subtlety and quality of the aroma of green tea plays a large role. This is a purifying ritual from which you will acquire a pleasant, energizing sensation.
During the thermal tour, listen to your body to know when you should change from one bath to another of a different temperature. Remember that at any time you can access the relaxation room, where cold water and our special selection of AIRE Tea to keep you hydrated are always at your disposal. Before beginning the ritual, we recommend you spend two or three minutes in the Laconicum or steam bath to help open your pores so that the exfoliation is more effective. If at any point during your massage you feel that the pressure is too intense or too light, please, tell your therapist.
