BOOKING CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
The client may modify or cancel their reservation 48 hours in advance. After that time, the client will lose 100% of the amount of their reservation by executing the aforementioned cancellation policy. Cancellations made within the stated time frame are entitled to a full refund. Please contact our reservations team who will be able to assist you with the refund process.
RETURNS/ GIFT BOX REFUNDS
The customer may exchange or return the purchased product within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. You must present the purchase ticket or document accrediting the same in addition to the aforementioned product. This must present the product with its original packaging and be in perfect condition. Returns or changes within a period after 14 days or in conditions other than the original ones may not be effective. For more information, consult the "Terms and Conditions" document.
You can request a refund of the Gift Box purchase up to a maximum of 14 days after the purchase date. After said date, said refund cannot be made. All this DOES NOT AFFECT the validity and expiration of the one-year gift box from the date of purchase.
GIFT BOX EXPIRATION DATES
Physical or virtual gift boxes will have a maximum expiration period of 1 year from the date of purchase, after which they will lose their validity.
