Cancellation Policy

Booking Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please allow 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling to avoid any cancellation penalties. Cancellations 48h within to the reservation will be charged 100% of the total cost of the appointment.

When the appointment is done with a AIRE Gift Box: Following the same policy, this kind of bookings can be cancelled/rescheduled 48 hours prior to the time. Any cancellations not done within the 48h margin will result in the entire loss of the gift box value.

Bookings Refunds

Any cancellations made in line with our cancellation policy are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our bookings team on who will be able to assist with the refund process.

Bookings done with AIRE Gift Box: Bookings made with a gift box are not eligible for refunds unless the purchase is done less than 14 days in advance.

Gift Box Refunds

Any requested refunds within the cancellation policy will only be made up to 14 calendar days after the payment date, after those 14 calendar days no payments or online booking or gift card purchase will be refundable.

Gift Box Expiration dates

Our physical and virtual gift boxes expire after one year. They are transferable and may be redeemed online or by contacting our booking department


The client may cancel the purchase of the various products and services offered by AIRE within the time frame of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. For changes and returns will be necessary to present the purchase ticket.
