Booking modifications & rescheduling policy
Booking modifications can be requested up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Modifications include changing the date or time of the booking, or placing the reservation on hold for future use, within 12 months of the original booking date. If you do not use your booking within this period, you will lose 100% of the amount paid.

Requests for changes or modifications made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time cannot be accommodated.
When the booking is made using an AIRE Gift Box, the same terms and conditions regarding changes and/or placing the booking on hold will apply. Bookings made using a gift box are non-refundable.
Returns & refunds policy
Customers may request a full refund of their purchase or booking within a maximum period of 14 calendar days of purchase or booking date at no cost, provided that the service has not been used. The client must present the purchase receipt or supporting document in addition to the aforementioned product. The product must be presented in its original packaging and in perfect condition. After 14 days, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
When booking with an AIRE Gift Box, the 14-day return and refund period begins from the date of purchase of the Gift Box, not the booking date. These bookings can be modified/rescheduled up to 48 hours before the date. Any cancellation outside of this period will result in the total loss of the Gift Box's value.
Bookings made less than 48 hours prior to the desired service date are non-refundable nor modifiable.
No returns or exchanges are accepted for products that are damaged or in a condition other than their original state. For more information, please see the "Terms and Conditions" document.
If you do not attend your appointment, you will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid when you made your booking.

Reservations in Advance
We recommend you book in advance to ensure your preferred time and experience is available. AIRE Ancient Baths only sells its products and accepts bookings made through official channels: website, Contact Centre, and Front Desk.
Reservations Placed On Hold
The client will have a period of twelve (12) months to enjoy the service or experience for which the reservation was made, which period will begin to run from the original booking date. If the reservation is not enjoyed within the 12 months indicated, the client will lose 100% of the amount of their reservation by executing the aforementioned cancellation policy.
Exclusion Conditions
The AIRE experience is based on tranquility and relaxation. Customers who do not comply with the rules of use, conditions of silence and other guidelines previously described, may be asked to leave the facilities. If you have any special requirements or needs, we recommend you to contact us prior to your visit or booking to discuss arrangements/requirements.
Age Requirement
The minimum age required for access to AIRE Ancient Baths is 18.
Healthy Conditions
Please inform us when making the reservation of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or special accessibility/mobility requirements that could affect your service.
Personal Articles
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items while your visit to AIRE. Please keep all valuables locked in your locker during your visit and make sure it is properly locked before leaving the locker room to begin your experience.

Returns/ Gift Box Refunds
The customer may cancel their reservation and/or exchange or return the purchased product within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase or reservation at no cost. You can request a refund of the Gift Box purchase up to a maximum of 14 days after the purchase date. After said date, said refund cannot be made. All this DOES NOT AFFECT the validity and expiration of the one-year gift box from the date of purchase. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Box Expiration Dates
Physical or virtual gift boxes will have a maximum expiration period of thirty-three (33) months from the date of purchase, after which they will lose their validity.
