All AIRE Ancient Baths Gift Boxes are subject to these Gift Box Terms & Conditions. Purchase or use of a Gift Box constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. AIRE Ancient Baths reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Modifications will not affect your legal rights as to any previously purchased Gift Box.
Cancellation for Fraud or Other Reasons; Transfer or Return
AIRE Ancient Bath Gift Boxes remain the property of AIRE Ancient Baths, which reserves the right to cancel the Gift Box in situations where AIRE deems it appropriate to do so, including but not limited to situations whereby AIRE believes the Gift Box was procured or is being used fraudulently. Gift Boxes cannot be transferred for value or returned for refund, except as required by law. No AIRE Gift Box can be reloaded.
Redemption, Expiration, Exchange and Fees
A Gift Box may be used only at the location in which it was purchased or by making a reservation online or via our call center for use at that location. There will be no fees for dormancy or unused Gift Boxes.
The Gift Box cannot be exchanged or returned for cash except as required by law but can be exchanged or upgraded for an AIRE service having the same or a higher cost (determined based on AIRE’s weekend rates at the time the user seeks to use the Gift Box) than the cost, at the time of the Gift Box purchase, of the service for which the Gift Box was purchased. If the new service has a higher cost (determined based on AIRE’s weekend rates at the time the user seeks to use the Gift Box) than the cost, at the time of the Gift Box purchase, of the service for which the Gift Box was purchased, the user of the Gift Box will be required to pay the increase in cost. The Gift Box may not be used for a service having a lower cost (determined based on AIRE’s weekend rates at the time the user seeks to use the Gift Box) at the time the user seeks to use the Gift Box than the cost, at the time of the Gift Box purchase, of the service for which the Gift Box was purchased. Each AIRE Gift Box is purchased for a specific service and does not represent a stated cash value.
AIRE Ancient Baths cannot guarantee that, at the time the user wishes to use the service, AIRE will not have discontinued the service. If AIRE has discontinued the service, AIRE will, without further charge to the Gift Box user, offer an alternative service having a cost (determined based on AIRE’s weekend rates at the time the user seeks to use the Gift Box) that equals or exceeds the cost, at the time of the Gift Box purchase, of the service for which the Gift Box was purchased.
AIRE Ancient Baths cannot guarantee that, at the time the user wishes to use the service, AIRE will not have increased the cost of the service. If any AIRE Gift Box is not used within 25 months from the date initially purchased and AIRE’s charge for that service has risen (as determined at AIRE’s weekend rates in effect at or about the time of the requested service), AIRE in its discretion may charge the the user of the Gift Box for the increase in the charge for that service.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Gift Boxes; Mis-Use of Gift Box Identification Number
In cases where a Gift Box is lost, stolen or damaged, AIRE Ancient Baths is unable to replace the Gift Box, provide the service for which the Gift Box was purchased t or provide other service for the service for which the Gift Box was purchased unless AIRE is able without unusual effort to locate the original transaction information in its records for the Gift Box. AIRE provides no assurance that it will be able without unusual effort to locate the original transaction information pertaining to a lost, stolen or damaged Gift Box.
AIRE Ancient Baths is not responsible for any loss or misuse of an AIRE Gift Box as a result of theft or fraud.
All AIRE Gift Boxes have a unique identification number which is required at the time of redemption of the Gift Box for service. AIRE is not responsible for any unauthorized use of this card number that has become known to another party.
