This unique and unforgettable ritual is inspired by the Watsu of Japan, to release both physical and emotional tensions through the interaction with water and the ancient Shiatsu techniques.
First renew your skin with a 15 minute sugar and lime body scrub performed on a warm marble bed and feel your skin cleaner and softer.
Now, after hold to this amazing sensation and imagine letting yourself be carried away by one of the most pleasurable sensations that exist: floating. Imagine also enjoying a massage in the water, taking advantage of weightlessness until you lose consciousness of time and space.
Enter the Flotarium (Salt Bath) for a 30-minute massage that takes advantage of the weightlessness caused by buoyancy to exert various swings, kneading, pressure and stretching on legs, back, arms, neck and skull that help decompress the joints and lower the tone of the muscles while intensely relax both body and mind. After the massage you will enjoy a fresh juice.
This Experience includes the Ancient Thermal Bath Experience. Tour our baths at different temperatures and feel the relaxation fill your body and mind. Enjoy the Caldarium (Hot Bath 40ºC), the Frigidarium (Cold 10ºC y Ice Bath 6ºC), the Tepidarium (Warm Bath 36ºC), the Balneum (BOn Thousand Jets Bath), the Vaporium (Steam Baths with Aromatherapy) the Flotarium (Salt Bath) and the Copenhagen exclusive bath, the Pediluvium.

Watsu is the union of the words water and Shiatsu (ancient Japanese healing practice). With this harmonious ritual, thanks to the ability to float, a deep state of relaxation is achieved, leading to an intense sense of well-being. There was a saying in Ancient Egypt that "it is in water that our bodies find the freedom that the soul has lost". Concentrate on your breathing and let yourself go...
Tips and recommendations:
Your body is wise and will know when to get out of the water to change from one bath to another at a different temperature.
We recommend alternating hot and cold baths for a better stimulation of your body.
Keep your body hydrated, especially after the Vaporium. Remember that at all times you can access the relaxation room where you will always have cold water and our special selection of AIRE Tea at your disposal.
Before beginning the ritual, we recommend spending two to three minutes in the Vaporium or steam bath to help the skin pores to dilate and the exfoliation to be more effective.
If during your massage, at any time you feel that the pressure is too intense or too light, please indicate this to your therapist.
