Lose yourself in a journey of sensations in a restored historic building surrounded by candles, an experience that consists of a tour at your own pace through thermal baths at different temperatures including the Caldarium (Hot Bath 102ºF), the Frigidarium (Cold Bath 57ºF and Ice Bath 50ºF), the Tepidarium (Warm Bath 97ºF), the Balneum (Bath of a Thousand Jets), the Vaporium (A steam Room with aromatherapy) and the Flotarium (Salt Water Bath), as well as a salt exfoliation area.

Live a unique experience of total relaxation for the body and the mind through the pleasures of water in a magical atmosphere and finish by relaxing completely with a 90 minute massage.

During the 90 minute massage our massage therapists will work on the full body (back, arms, legs and feet). If you prefer, you can choose to devote 15 minutes of the total time of your massage to a cranio-facial massage or a foot massage.

Relaxing Massage

Relaxing Massage

Includes:

  • Ancient Thermal Bath Experience
  • A 90 minute relaxing massage

Body and mind benefits:

The beneficial effects of baths with temperature contrasts were widely known by our Greek, Roman and Ottoman ancestors. Hot water relaxes the muscles and joints while cold water reactivates blood circulation, tones the skin, and has a reinvigorating effect. The AIRE massage combines different techniques and is specifically designed to achieve a maximum state of relaxation, through slow, deep and comprehensive movements.

Tips and recommendations:

Your body is wise and will know when to tell you to get out of the water and move from one bath to another at a different temperature. Remember that at any time you can access the relaxation area, where cold water and our special selection of AIRE Tea to keep you hydrated are always at your disposal. If at any point during your massage you feel that the pressure is too intense or too light, please tell your therapist.
