Before or after exercising, your body will thank you for this deep massage that alternates hot and cold sensations to activate circulation, promote muscle recovery, and free up joints. Feel relaxed but energized at the same time with this ritual specially conceived to prepare the body for sports and physical activity, or to recover from it.

Designed for the pre and post physical exertion moments in which the muscles and joints require special care.

A 60 min. deep massage that begins with a cooling gel on the lower extremities and continues, alternating with warm macadamia nut oil on the whole body, with special focus on the muscles most impacted by physical activity, such as the calves and quadriceps. In this massage, we utilize deep kneading to release tension, as well as different stretches and flexions that seek to free and mobilize muscles.

This experience also includes our signature Ancient Thermal Bath which will allow you to enjoy our bath area at your own pace, with baths at different temperatures including the Caldarium (Hot Bath 102ºF), the Frigidarium (Cold Bath 57ºF and Ice Bath 50ºF), the Tepidarium (Warm Bath 97ºF), the Balneum (Bath of a Thousand Jets), the Vaporium (A steam Room with aromatherapy) and the Flotarium (Salt Water Bath).

Relaxing Massage

Includes:

  • A tour at your own pace through thermal baths at different temperatures
  • 60 minute deep massage with Macadamia Oil and Cooling Gel
    • During your visit you can also access the relaxation area to rest on warm marble stone and refresh yourself with some cold water or enjoy our special selection of AIRE tea.

Body and mind benefits:

This is a method of active massage of medium or medium high intensity with which you will achieve a deep feeling of well-being and freedom, but not focused as much on relaxation. The time spent on the thermal tour of the bath area and the waters at different temperatures helps to strengthen the effects of the massage.

Tips and recommendations:

During the thermal tour, listen to your body to know when you should change from one bath to another of a different temperature. Remember that at any time you can access the relaxation room, where cold water and our special selection of AIRE Tea to keep you hydrated are always at your disposal. If at any point during your massage you feel that the pressure is too intense or too light, please, tell your therapist.
