Is it safe to go to AIRE?
Yes. We have taken all the sanitary and hygiene measures established by the authorities as well as many other extraordinary measures to intensify our cleaning and disinfecting protocols. The most important thing for us is the safety of both our clients and our staff.
Among the most outstanding measures that we have applied are the following:
- Capacity reduction in all locations
- Social distancing is maintained with customers and, of course, also with staff.
- Our staff are required to wear at all times certified PPE (personal protection equipment). They all have temperature checks daily and they are following strict protocols of washing their hands with soap and applying hand sanitizer
- We have created a new specific and exhaustive protocol for performing treatments. Massage rooms are continuously cleaned and disinfected between each client. We maintain our protocols for all our massages and rituals using sanitized textile materials, designed for individual use
- We have implemented an adjustment of temperatures and humidity levels in all areas to provide a more secure environment.
- Sanitary corners with masks, gloves and disinfectant gel available to customers.
- AIRE has always had very strict cleaning and sanitation protocols, but now even more so. All areas and surfaces are constantly cleaned with approved products.
- We have also implemented the option of being able to check in online to minimize physical contact. Also any paper elements such as brochures or price lists can now be consulted digitally.

Will customers be required to have their temperature taken?
Yes, we will take the temperature of all clients and staff upon entering the facility.
Will I have to wear a mask?
Face Masks must be worn in all common areas and do not need to be worn in the baths.
Will the number of people in the space be controlled?
Of course. Specifically, we have reduced our capacity and our staff will be ensuring social distancing is met throughout the facility.
Will customers enter individually?
Yes. Customers will be assigned to arrive with an interval of at least five minutes between each other.
I have a gift box but I am in a high risk group and I don't want to go to AIRE yet. What I can do?
AIRE gift boxes have a one-year validity period from their purchasing date. If such box is acquired during the Thanksgiving and Holidays campaigns, or the month of December, there will be a six-month extension on this time frame.
I have a gift box for a long time that I have not been able to use, when will it expire?
The User may cancel the purchase of the various products and services offered by Aire within the time frame of 15 calendar days from the date of purchase according to the manner and conditions detailed below. For changes and returns will be necessary to present the purchase ticket
I've had a gift box for quite some time but I don't feel safe going to AIRE anymore.
We fully understand this concern and recommend consulting all of the safety measures that we have implemented here

How does the AIRE Experience Work?
To enjoy our facilities, you must make a reservation for a session. Our sessions start every hour, the first session being 9AM and the last being 9PM. During the session, you will have access to our signature bath experience that allows you to experience our 6 thermal baths (hot bath, the ice and cold plunges, the warm pool, the flotarium – salt water pool-, and the jet pool) as well as our steam room with aromatherapy. We also have a relaxation area where you can rest on hot marble stones and where we offer tea and water and you can also enjoy our salt exfoliation area during your visit. Our team will provide a brief tour of the facilities upon entering the bath area, but afterwards you may roam freely during the duration of the thermal bath experience. If your reservation is for ANCIENT THERMAL BATHS you may circulate throughout the baths, steam room and seating area at your leisure for the 90minutes of the duration of the session. If you are scheduled for any other experience that combines the Ancient Thermal Baths with a Massage or a Body Ritual, your Thermal Bath experience will add to the body ritual or treatment time. Our longest experiences are 3hours and include 90min body treatments combined to the 90min thermal bath experience.
The Aire experience is designed as a relaxing space in which cellphones and cameras are not allowed and we also ask you to keep your voices low to respect the silence and tranquility of the space for the proper enjoyment of the experience.
Do you offer couples massage?
Any of our services can be done as a couple’s experience. You can book any of our experiences for two people and let our booking department know that you would like a couple’s massage. We also sometimes launch special services designed as an experience for two. You will find all this information online or you can ask our New York booking department for details at 646 878 6174 or emailing email@example.com. You can also sign up for our newsletter or follow us in social media to be updated on any specials we launch.
When will my massage take place?
If you have booked a massage it will most likely happen during the second hour of your session. Usually we have guests first enjoy the bath experience and then have their massages, but the staff who checks you in upon arrival to the bath area will be able to specify better depending on your massage length and the session schedule. If you would prefer to have a female or male massage therapist, please let us know in advance so we can also make note of that. We try our best to accommodate all requests, but please note we offer NO GUARANTEES as the schedule is created based on massage therapists’ availability and booked services.
Will there be other people in Baths with me?
Yes. The bath area is a large space with different pools and massage areas. We limit our experiences per session to ensure the privacy and tranquility of the experience. The number of people that will be allowed in one same session depends on booked services and not all the guests will coincide in the baths at the same time. All sessions are co-ed.
What do I need to bring?
We only ask that you bring a bathing suit, however we have bathing suits to borrow if you do not have one. Everything else is provided onsite: towels, robes, mandatory water shoes, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wipes) as well as hair dryers and straightening irons, all of which are available in the locker rooms. The only thing you might want to bring if you use it is face moisturizer.
I would like to purchase a gift box, what are my options?
We offer physical and virtual Aire gift cards. All gift cards are redeemable for specific experiences, NOT MONETARY VALUES. The gift card must be redeemed for the services for which it was purchased. You are, however, able to add on to the gift card services when making your reservation and simply pay the difference.
Physical Gift Box
To purchase a physical gift card you must either come onsite or you can ask our booking department about messenger services.
Virtual Gift Box
Our virtual gift boxes are sent to the recipient in the form of an emailed animation. You can purchase online through our website.
To redeem an Aire gift card, you can either input the gift card number when making a reservation online, or provide us with the gift card number when making a reservation over the phone or via email.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Please allow 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling to avoid a 50% charge of the total service price. The credit card number required at the time of booking to hold the reservation will be charged 50% of total service price of any cancellation or rescheduling not done within the policy. All gift card bookings are final and cancellations not done 48h in advance will result in the total lost of the service.
When should I make a reservation?
For weekend reservations we recommend calling at least 2 or 3 weeks in advance. For weekday reservations, generally about 7 days in advance is sufficient. In any case we always advise to connect with our booking department for accurate updates on availability.
Do you offer Group reservations or private sessions?
We offer the option of renting entire session for your private group or renting the space for numerous hours for special events. You may contact our booking department for details and options at firstname.lastname@example.org
I have a gift box, how long do I have to use it?
The AIRE gift boxes expire five years from purchase.
I am pregnant, can I come enjoy an AIRE experience?
Unfortunately, if you are pregnant you will not be able to enjoy any of our AIRE experiences. Due to specific nature of our treatments, we can’t offer expectant mothers to take part in any of our treatments or the bath experience. We also do not offer any pre-natal services at this time.

Is there a minimum age requirement?
The minimum age requirement to enter AIRE is 18. Anyone under 18 will not be allowed to access the facilities or enjoy any of our treatments.
