Is it safe to go to AIRE?
Yes. We have taken all the sanitary and hygiene measures established by the authorities as well as many other extraordinary measures to intensify our cleaning and disinfecting protocols. The most important thing for us is the safety of both our clients and our staff.
Among the most outstanding measures that we have applied are the following:
- Capacity reduction in all locations
- Social distancing is maintained with customers and, of course, also with staff.
- Our staff are required to wear at all times certified PPE (personal protection equipment). They all have temperature checks daily and they are following strict protocols of washing their hands with soap and applying hand sanitizer
- We have created a new specific and exhaustive protocol for performing treatments. Massage rooms are continuously cleaned and disinfected between each client. We maintain our protocols for all our massages and rituals using sanitized textile materials, designed for individual use
- We have implemented an adjustment of temperatures and humidity levels in all areas to provide a more secure environment.
- Sanitary corners with masks, gloves and disinfectant gel available to customers.
- AIRE has always had very strict cleaning and sanitation protocols, but now even more so. All areas and surfaces are constantly cleaned with approved products.
- We have also implemented the option of being able to check in online to minimize physical contact. Also any paper elements such as brochures or price lists can now be consulted digitally.

Will customers be required to have their temperature taken?
Yes, we will take the temperature of all clients and staff upon entering the facility.
Will I have to wear a mask?
Please note that we continue to require all clients and employees of AIRE Ancient Baths to wear masks throughout the facility to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Face Masks must be worn in all common areas and do not need to be worn in the baths.
Will the number of people in the space be controlled?
Of course. Specifically, we have reduced our capacity and our staff will be ensuring social distancing is met throughout the facility.
Will customers enter individually?
Yes. Customers will be assigned to arrive with an interval of at least five minutes between each other.
I have a gift box but I am in a high risk group and I don't want to go to AIRE yet. What I can do?
There is no problem. Your gift box is valid for five years, so you can enjoy AIRE at any time within this period.
I have a gift box for a long time that I have not been able to use, when will it expire?
The User may cancel the purchase of the various products and services offered by Aire within the time frame of 15 calendar days from the date of purchase according to the manner and conditions detailed below. For changes and returns will be necessary to present the purchase ticket
I've had a gift box for quite some time but I don't feel safe going to AIRE anymore.
We fully understand this concern and recommend consulting all of the safety measures that we have implemented here

How does the AIRE Experience Work?
To enjoy our facilities, you must first make a reservation for a session online or by calling our booking center. Our sessions start every hour, the first session beginning at 9AM and the last session beginning at 9PM. During the session, you will have access to our signature Ancient Thermal Bath experience that allows you to experience our 6 thermal baths (hot bath, ice bath and cold plunges, warm bath, salt bath, and jet bath) as well as our steam rooms at different steam intensity with aromatherapy. You can also enjoy our indoor/outdoor bath that allows you to swim outside and the temperature of the bath will adjust depending on the season. You can also enjoy our salt exfoliation area. We also have a relaxation area where you can rest on heated marble and enjoy tea and water. Upon entering the bath area someone will provide you with a brief tour and afterwards you may roam freely. If your reservation is for the Ancient Thermal Bath experience you may circulate through the baths, steam room and relaxation area at your leisure for the 90 minute duration of the session. If you are scheduled for any other experience that combines the Ancient Thermal Baths with a Massage or a Body Ritual, your Ancient Thermal Bath experience will add to the body ritual or treatment time. Our longest experiences is 3 hours and includes a 9 0minute body treatment combined with the 90 minute Ancient Thermal Bath experience.
The AIRE experience is designed as a relaxing space in which cellphones and cameras are not allowed and we also ask you to keep your voices low for the proper enjoyment of all guests during the experience.
Do you offer couples massage?
All of our services can be done as a couple’s experiences. You can book any of our experiences for two people and let our booking team know that you would like a couple’s massage. We occasionally launch special services designed as an experience for two. You will find all this information online or you can ask our Chicago booking team for details at 312 945 7414 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to be updated on any specials we launch.
When will my massage take place?
If you have booked a massage it will most likely happen during the second hour of your session. Usually we have guests first enjoy the bath experience and then have their massages, but the staff who checks you in upon arrival to the bath area will be able to specify better depending on your massage length and the session schedule. If you would prefer to have a female or male massage therapist, please let us know in advance so we can also make note of that. We try our best to accommodate all requests, but please note we offer NO GUARANTEES as the schedule is created based on massage therapists’ availability and booked services.
Will there be other people in Baths with me?
Yes, the bath area is a large space with different baths and treament areas. We limit our experiences per session to ensure the privacy and tranquility of the experience. The number of people that will be allowed in one single session depends on booked services and not all guests will coincide in the baths at the same time. All sessions are co-ed.
What do I need to bring?
We kindly ask that you bring a bathing suit, however we have bathing suits to borrow if you do not have one. Everything else is provided onsite: towels, robes, mandatory water shoes, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wipes) as well as hair dryers and straightening irons, all of which are available in the locker rooms. The only thing you might want to bring is facial skincare.
Is the experience co-ed?
Yes, both men and women enjoy the bath area together and receive treatments in the same area.
I would like to purchase a gift box, what are my options?
We offer both physical and virtual AIRE gift boxes. Gift boxes are only redeemable for experiences and cannot be exchanged for monetary value. The gift boxes can be redeemed for services purchased and can only be upgraded to other services while also paying the difference. For special services purchased through a gift box please be mindful of the expiration date of that specific service.
Physical Gift Box
To purchase a physical gift box you must either come onsite and purchase in person or we also offer messenger services and UPS service via our web.
A messenger service is offered for same day deliveries to the Loop and rates beging at $20. Please contact our booking department for a quote and details on our delivery range.
We also offer mailing of a physical AIRE gift box anywhere in the US through UPS. You can purchase it on our website or in-person and you will see estimated delivery and fees once you share your destination address.
Virtual Gift Box
Our virtual gift boxes are sent to the recipient in the form of an email. You can book online through our website.
To redeem an AIRE gift box, you can either input the gift box number when making a reservation online, or provide us with the gift box number when making a reservation over the phone or via email.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Please allow 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling to avoid any cancellation penalties. Cancellations received within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the total cost of the appointment. When booking online you will be charged the full amount of the service at the time of booking.
Cancellations or rescheduling with a gift card
Any booking done with a gift card can be cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to the time of the reservation. Cancellations received within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the total cost of the appointment. Bookings made with a gift box are not eligible for refunds.
When should I make a reservation?
For weekend reservations we recommend calling at least 2 or 3 weeks in advance. For weekday reservations, generally about 7 days in advance is enough time. In any case we always advise to connect with our booking team for accurate updates on availability.
Do you offer Group reservations or private sessions?
We offer the option of renting out the entire session for your private group or renting the space for numerous hours for special events. You may contact our booking team for details and options at email@example.com.
I have gift box, how long do I have to use it?
AIRE gift boxes do not expire and are only redeemable at the location of purchase.
Services do expire and gift boxes can be used towards a service of the same price or can be upgraded from while paying the difference.
Do you offer parking:
We offer valet parking if you are arriving to AIRE by car. The cost of valet is $18 and is available from 8:30am to 11:30pm.
I am pregnant, can I come enjoy an AIRE experience?
Unfortunately, if you are pregnant you will not be able to enjoy any of our AIRE experiences. Due to the specific nature of our treatments, we can’t offer expectant mothers to take part in any of our treatments or the bath experience. We also do not offer any pre-natal services at this time.

Is there a minimum age requirement?
The minimum age requirement to enter AIRE is 18. Anyone under 18 will not be allowed to access the facilities or enjoy any of our treatments.
