BOOKING CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
When booking online you will be charged the total amount of the service at the time of booking and in case of canceling within the policy we will refund the appropriate amount. Please allow 48hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling to be eligible for a partial refund.
CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING WITH A GIFT CARD
Any booking done with a gift card will be able to cancel or reschedule 48h prior to the time of the reservation. Any cancellations not done within the 48h margin will result in the entire lost of the gift box value. Bookings made with a gift box are not eligible for refunds.
Any requested refunds within the cancellation policy will only be made up to 90 days after the payment date, after those 90 days no payments or online booking or gift card purchase will be refundable. Purchased gift boxes will only be eligible for returns up to two weeks after the purchase date.
GIFT BOX REDEMPTION
Our physical and virtual gift boxes expire after two years. They are transferable and may be redeemed online or by contacting our booking department.
The User may cancel the purchase of the various products and services offered by Aire within the time frame of 15 calendar days from the date of purchase according to the manner and conditions detailed below. For changes and returns will be necessary to present the purchase ticket
