Arrival Time
To enhance the Aire Ancient Bath Experience, we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Upon arrival into the Aire Ancient Bath, you will be requested to complete a health questionnaire.This information will not be processed in any automated database.
Please understand that late arrivals will result in the experience time being shortened accordingly.
AIRE Ancient Baths Etiquette
- We suggest you arrive 15 minutes early and fill in the online check-in form.
- It is mandatory to wear a bathing suit and the bathrobe and footwear provided by AIRE.
- You only need to bring your swimwear. Everything else is provided by us, including hygiene and cosmetic products.
- AIRE is a peaceful environment. Please respect the right of all guests to privacy and serenity with silence and discretion.
- Long hair shall be tied up.
- The use of mobile phones, cameras, or other electronic devices is only permitted in the reception area. Recording devices, including glasses with cameras, are not permitted.
- No outside food or drink is allowed.
- AIRE Ancient Baths is a smoke-free zone.
- The AIRE Experience is not suitable for pregnant people or those under the age of 18.
- AIRE Ancient Baths reserves the right that if a client fails to comply with the AIRE Guidelines & Protocol, they may be refused service and must leave the facilities with no refund.
