Designed exclusively for AIRE Ancient Baths, this is a unique and unforgettable experience that provides the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the antioxidant properties of the red grape of the Spanish Ribera del Duero.
A special experience for a unique moment in which everything revolves around the sophisticated universe of wine and the multiple antioxidant properties of the polyphenols of the Tempranillo grape variety.
The Wine Bath Experience includes a free thermal tour through baths at different temperatures: Lose yourself in a journey of sensations in a historic building and candlelight consisting of a free thermal tour through baths at different temperatures: the Caldarium (Hot Bath 40ºC), the Frigidarium (Cold Bath 16ºC and Iced Bath 10ºC), the Tepidarium (Temperate Bath 36ºC), the Balneum (Thousand Jets Bath), the Vaporium (Steam Bath with aromatherapy), the Infinity Bath with views of the Giralda and the Flotarium (Salt Bath).
The experience gives exclusive access to the Wine Bath for 30 minutes. During this time a cranial massage with a moisturizing honey and propolis mask will be applied and you will taste a glass of Matarromera crianza red wine accompanied by nuts and cured cheese. In addition, a relaxing body massage of 45 min. duration with Esdor grape seed oil applied over the entire body with an emphasis on legs, arms and back.

Tips and recommendations:
· Your body is wise and will know when to get out of the water to change from one bath to another at a different temperature.
· We recommend alternating hot and cold baths for better stimulation of your body.
· Keep your body hydrated, especially after the Vaporium. Remember that at all times you will be able to access the relaxation room where you will always have cold water and our special selection of AIRE Tea at your disposal.
· If during your massage, at any time you feel that the pressure is too intense or too light, please indicate this to your therapist.
