Body and mind benefits:

Recovery after any physical activity is crucial and is one of the most important aspects of living an active life. So, make sure you take time to rest and recover, that helps you feel better and reset your body.

Arnica oil is rich in antioxidants and has strong anti-inflammatory properties making it the perfect oil to relieve and relax tired muscles that may be prone to spasms. Work with your therapist to highlight your targeted areas of concern.

Alternating between temperatures: Cold water causes vasoconstriction of the blood vessels in your legs, while the hot water causes vasodilation. An oscillation that will help rush oxygen-rich blood to your legs.

Tips and recommendations:

Spending some time in the hot bath prior to your massage can assist with the relaxation of muscles allowing for a more effective massage.

Your body is wise, we invite you to closely listen to it as it guides you through the space. So, close your eyes and follow your feelings and your instincts. Walk at your own pace, go from one bath to the other and you will naturally know when it is time to move between them.

Remember this is your recovery time, and we want you to truly enjoy.
