Question 1

What do I have to wear? What is the dress code?

Accepted Answer

The only thing you need is your bathing suit, since its use is mandatory in our facilities, although we have some available to lend you in case it is necessary. We will provide you with non-slip shoes, towels, hygiene products, hair dryers and hair straighteners.
The use of bikini or swimsuit is indifferent, although we recommend wearing a simple two-piece swimsuit if your experience includes exfoliation. In the case of The Signature Wine Experience, we reccomend the use of dark swimwear or to borrow one from us. In case the water fades, we will not be held responsible.
It is not necessary to wear a bathing cap; in the case of people with long hair, it will be requested that it be tucked in.

Question 2

I have been given an AIRE Experience, how do I reserve it and how long is it valid?

Accepted Answer

You can make your reservation through our website, in the section, «I have a Gift Box», by calling +1 917-563-4542 or at nytribeca@beaire.com. You will only have to provide the code that you will find inside your Gift Box. Your AIRE Experience is valid for 9 years from the time of purchase. When redeeming your Gift Box, the Experience will adhere to our booking policies.

Question 3

Until when can I cancel or modify my reservation?

Accepted Answer

Booking modifications can be requested up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Modifications include changing the date or time of the booking, or placing the reservation on hold for future use, within 12 months of the original booking date. If you do not use your booking within this period, you will lose 100% of the amount paid.
You can reschedule or modify your booking by calling +1 917-563-4542 or writing to nytribeca@beaire.com
Requests for changes or modifications made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time cannot be accommodated.
In accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, you may request a full refund of your purchase or booking within 14 calendar days of purchase or booking date, provided that the service has not been used. After 14 days, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
When booking with an AIRE Gift Box, the 14-day return and refund period begins from the date of purchase of the Gift Box, not the booking date. These bookings can be modified/rescheduled up to 48 hours before the date. Any cancellation outside of this period will result in the total loss of the Gift Box’s value.
Bookings made less than 48 hours prior to the desired service date are non-refundable nor modifiable.
If you do not attend your appointment, you will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid when you made your booking.

Question 4

I am pregnant, can I come and enjoy an AIRE Experience?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, the AIRE Experiences aren’t suitable for pregnant clients.
We hope you understand that our priority is to provide a relaxing experience for all who visit AIRE but the safety of our clients is of our utmost priority.
We would love to be able to pamper the soon-to-be mothers, however the high humidity of our space can impact the blood flow and heart rate of the guest which could be potentially harmful. In addition, our therapists do not receive any specific training and our facilities are unprepared to accomodate pregnant clients and it’s specific necessities.
Please be assured that we have consulted with a team of experts regarding this matter and have made the decision that there is a risk associated.
According to expert sources consulted, people who have given birth should not go in the water (bathing, swimming…) until normally 2 months or more after giving birth and always with medical approval (after that period). We therefore recommend you wait until you are ready. We look forward to welcoming you back to AIRE after this time for a unique and relaxing experience. Do not hesitate to contact us at nytribeca@beaire.com with the subject «Post Pregnant AIRE Experience» and we will make sure you have your moment of relaxation with a special benefit.

Question 5

Why are cell phones not allowed, and why do I see people with phones posting content on social media?

Accepted Answer

The use of cell phones, cameras, or other electronic devices, including camera glasses, is not permitted at AIRE during open sessions to ensure the privacy of attendees as well as your peace of mind and tranquility throughout the experience.
You may have seen images online or on social media. Any content of this nature has been taken during private events or photo shoots that take place outside of our regular hours. Thank you for your understanding.

Question 6

Do you offer reservations for groups or private sessions?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can freely book up to 4 people through the website. But as our capacity is limited and silence is our mantra, bookings of more than 4 people will be managed and assisted by our staff to ensure everyone’s AIRE Experience. You can always book a Private Session to enjoy AIRE completely to your liking. Contact us for more information at nytribeca@beaire.com.
